Building Kingdom Kids & Teens
As youth directors, we provide spiritual guidance, mentorship, and counseling to the youth, significantly helping them grow in their relationship with God and navigate life's challenges from a biblical standard. We help them face the struggles and challenges of youth and their truth. Navigating emotions for many teens and young adults can be challenging when they are still figuring out who they are. As youth directors, we create a safe place for them to come and feel free to express themselves without judgment. Here at Kingdom Standard Ministries, they are accepted for who they are and taught to pursue goals and reach for greatness on the inside. Finding who they are is significant in finding purpose and is essential for persevering through life issues. Here, we teach community and not discord, peace instead of violence, kindness instead of malice, and understanding rather than scrutinizing. A few other things we aim to instill in them are understanding the good in accountability and integrity; you are more than a good trend or a nice outfit; you are a vital part of changing how we see the world. KSM Youth Vision: Our Vision as Youth Directors for the youth is to Live the standard of God’s word and be a visible representation of Jesus Christ by being willing to serve God his way and not their way
PASTOR
Minister Jodeci Florvil
Pastor Jodeci Florvil is a dynamic leader, dedicated minister, and passionate advocate for youth empowerment within the church community. With a heart committed to serving others and a deep-rooted faith in Christ, Jodeci has tirelessly devoted himself to guiding the youth and the lost in their journey with finding Christ.
Jodeci, an Austin,Texas native, was raised by God-fearing women which planted a seed that would soon shape his calling to ministry. At 19, that same seed would start to bloom as he began to pursue his calling in Christ.
Throughout his life, Jodeci has served in various ministry roles, but it’s his unwavering commitment to youth ministry that truly sets him apart. Recognizing the challenges and complexities that young people face in today’s world, Jodeci has made it his mission to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where teenagers can explore their faith, ask tough questions, and develop a deep relationship with God. Along with wife, as youth directors at Kingdom Standard Ministries , Jodeci brings a unique blend of compassion, wisdom, and enthusiasm to his role. Whether he’s leading engaging Bible studies, organizing impactful service projects, or simply lending a listening ear, Jodeci consistently goes above and beyond to mentor and support the next generation of believers.
Known for his inspiring sermons, compassionate pastoral care, and genuine love for people, he has earned the respect and admiration of believers of all ages.
In his free time, Jodeci enjoys spending time with his wife, Brianna , and their three children. He also enjoys glorifying God through Christian rap. Whether they’re exploring the great outdoors, cheering on their favorite sports teams, or simply sharing a meal together, family remains the cornerstone of Jodeci’s life and ministry.
With a heart overflowing with love for God and a passion for serving others, Minister Jodeci Florvil continues to make a lasting impact on the lives of those he encounters, both within the church walls and beyond. His dedication to youth ministry serves as an inspiration to us all, reminding us of the transformative power of faith and the profound difference that one person can make in the lives of others.

Minister Brianna Florvil
Pastor Brianna Florvil is a vibrant thread woven with passion, humility, and an unyielding commitment to the divine call in Kingdom Standard Ministries. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Brianna’s journey to becoming a minister is a testament to her unwavering faith and dedication.
From age 14, she started hearing the voice of God, not knowing it was him. These encounters made her wonder who God was, and she was saved at 19. Brianna exhibited a profound passion for the things of God, an inner flame that burned brightly in her heart. This early passion laid the foundation for her lifelong commitment to serving the Kingdom of God.
Minister Brianna’s journey into ministry was not easy but paved with humility and a deep sense of purpose. She embraced Jesus’ teachings with open arms, embodying the virtues of compassion, kindness, and selflessness. Her humility became a guiding light, leading her through the challenges of life and ministry with grace and resilience.
Ordained as a minister at 28, Brianna embarked on a mission to spread the message of love and hope. Her sermons resonated with a unique blend of truth and repentance, touching the hearts of those who listened.
Brianna remained grounded in her roots throughout her ministry, never allowing success or recognition to overshadow her commitment to the Kingdom. She lives a life that says humility is not just a mere virtue but a way of life. No matter where she’s serving, Brianna’s humility shines brightly, mirroring the humility of Jesus Christ.
Minister Brianna’s impact extended beyond the pulpit. Along with her husband, Minister Jodeci, she is the Youth Director. One of her main missions is to uplift the youth and young adults and get them to know who they are. Her hands are the hands of a servant, tirelessly working to bring about positive change in the lives of those she touched.
Brianna’s passion for the Kingdom of God deepened as the years unfolded. Her journey became a living testament to the transformative power of faith, humility, and unwavering commitment. My name is Ashanti, I’m 21 years old, and I’m the proud mother of a beautiful 2-year-old daughter named Myra. I’m currently in college working toward my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a focus on children and adolescents. I gave my life fully to God at 19 and have been sold out for Him ever since. Following His will led me to move to Texas, officially joining. KSM, stepping out in faith to pursue the purpose He placed on my life. My passion is reaching the younger generation and showing that it is possible to live for God, walk in purpose, and still grow, learn, and thrive. Everything I do is rooted in faith, love, and the desire to make an impact.
